Does not include any M, L, or A class vehicles. Class B Any motor vehicle with a GCWR of more than 26,001lb or any vehicle towing another under 10,000lb. Class C Any motor vehicle with a GVWR of more than 16,000lb but less than 26,001lb or any vehicle towing another under 10,000lb. Remember that passing this exam does not guarantee that you will pass the state exam. The Illinois SOS has a booklet called 'Illinois Rules of the Road Non-CDL Vehicles' The questions on the test come from the study questions in the booklet, there are only about 25 questions for the class C part, but you will probably have to take the regular drivers test also, they cant add a class to a non Illinois DL. If you choose the wrong answer, the right answer will be shown to you along with an explanation. Choosing the right answer will take you the next question. There will not be any hints on the official state test. If you are unsure, you can use the hint feature for a clue to guide to the answer. Choose the answer that seems to correct to you. Each of the questions has four possible answers. In order to pass this practice exam, you will need to answer 21 of the 25 questions correctly.
